Please find the postage cost for all beds sold on Dog Beds Deluxe.. We currently use City Link and Interlink Express couriers for all orders dispatched from our own warehouse. Some of the beds sold on Dog Beds Deluxe are sent to the customer directly from the supplier's factory. In this case the supplier may sometimes use Royal Mail to dispatch the bed. Please note that any items marked "Special Order" may take up to 21 days to deliver as these products are either handmade to order, or sent to you directly from our suppliers overseas. Please allow up to three to 5 working days for delivery on all other items. If there is any reason we cannot meet this time frame then we will keep you informed during the ordering process. Our refund policy In the unlikely event that a bed purchased from Dog Beds Deluxe fails to meet your expectations, please return your product within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. A full refund will only be made if your product is returned to us in its original and unused condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse refunding the customer. Any items returned that are not in a resalable condition will be returned back to the customer without a refund being issued. Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order placed online then please contact us within 12 hours of placing an order. If you have ordered the incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 601 0028 and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
